Standard cheese pizza and 10 wings .....hit the spot!!!! The sauce has a lil kick which tells me it's made in house.... vwry pleased with the quality and price!!! One of the top 3 pizza spots on island
The floppiest pizza I've had in a long time. Makes me sad when I have to eat with a fork and knife. We ordered it well done and asked for it crispy The dough was great, ingredients were great. The person that made the pizza made it waaaay too thin in the middle and needs to understand that when you toss a pizza it should be a uniform thickness. You then omit sauce from the "crust". We will be back. Service, prices and vibe we on point. Get the middle of the pizza to hold up even a little bit.
I had in 2 visits the lasagna and the barbecue chicken pizza. The lasagna was so fresh tasting and it's one of the best lasagnas I have had. It made for great leftovers too for work the next day at Target. Definitely good warmed up in the microwave. The pizza was nice and crispy. Very flavorful. The staff is very nice and the restaurant is clean. I highly recommend this place. I think any item on their menu is of the highest quality. I'm glad my friend Casey at Target recommended that place.
This is our first time here at Max's and we loved it! I don't know why we never came here before. Great food and service. We got the 3 cheese ravioli with (house made) basil pesto, chicken parm, penne with Italian sausage and chicken fettuccine Alfredo. We were all stuffed and had no room for dessert. Highly recommend and worth the wait.
Got the crusties pizza rolls to go. Really good dough but some weren't cooked all the way through. Customer service was a little lackluster but that seems to be the case everywhere in the obx. The menu looks delicious. May give it another shot.
We got take-out here and were very pleased with the amount of food we got for the money. The marinara sauce is uncommonly delicious. Very tangy and a little chunky. We got three strombolis & some garlic cheese rolls. They were all excellent. Our only complaint was that the staff were a little rude.
